The entire staff was amazingly nice and very amiable.

Location: the hotel was near to Blue Lotus. It also was in the middle of jackson.

Staying here was awesome, the studio suite had everything I needed like a private safe, an electronic key card, and a coffee/tea maker.

The room had an electronic key card, coffee and tea making facilities, and a TV with satellite channels, which was greatly appreciated, and the staff were very helpful and ready to assist.

The room here came equipped with a personal safe, air conditioning, and an electronic key card, making my stay comfortable and secure.

The staff here are very friendly and always ready to help with parking and providing information.

The staff here are excellent and well-trained. From check-in to restaurant and housekeeping, they were efficient and friendly, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The manager gave personal attention to the guests and even arranged gluten-free bread for us without prior request. The facilities and grounds were exceptionally well-maintained, and the food served was magnificent. We especially enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, with beautiful ponds and lotus flowers adding a magical touch. The hotel also offered free yoga in the spa area, which was a unique and relaxing experience. the service, ambiance, and attention to detail made our stay truly memorable.

The hotel's breakfast was great and very tasty with many options available, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was also convenient, with easy access to the beach and street food stands within walking distance. Plus, there were plenty of activities available to keep me entertained.

My room did not live up to my expectations. The bath had a leak, making it unusable, and the room was infested with mosquitos due to being located near a bamboo forest.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff is really good, always friendly and efficient. The hotel's facilities and grounds are meticulously maintained, and the cleanliness of our pool villa was perfect. the hotel offers free yoga sessions in a peaceful spa area overlooking beautiful ponds full of water life. The location was perfect for us too, just a short walk from the beach and street food options, and with parking available.
